  Callout fee $100 ex GST
  On-site technical support network/workstations $125 PH ex GST
  On-site technical support servers/routers from $175 PH ex GST
  Off-site phone support $14.95 ex GST per incident plus hourly rate
  Off-site phone support servers/routers, POA
  Remote support for servers from $125PH ex GST


Contracted Pricing:
  Support Blocks of $10,000 ex GST payable in advance
  will yield a 10% discount over above rates.
  Statements will be provided monthly.
  Clients may also be eligible for reduced hardware pricing for
  purchases of multiple support contract blocks. Call!
